The minimum order value is £20 which is payable on all orders.
Last orders must be ordered by midday two working days prior to delivery. For example Monday by 12pm for Wednesday delivery, and order by Friday 12pm for Monday and Tuesday delivery. You can place an order months in advance however we do require some notice. Please order by the below timelines Monday 12pm for Wednesday Tuesday 12pm for Thursday Wednesday 12pm for Friday Friday 12pm for Monday and Tuesday.
Barley Sugar reserves the right to substitute products without prior notice for any reason.
Your order will be confirmed by e-mail so please ensure you check receipt of your Order Confirmation. If your order confirmation is incorrect or you have not received it by 4pm 2 days before delivery, please call the Barley Sugar Team on 01323 729577 immediately as errors cannot be rectified later. Lines are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm for queries and advice.
Should you need to cancel your order, please do so by e-mail before 12pm two working days before delivery (as per LAST ORDERS). If cancelled after this time, the order will be charged in full. If you do not receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your cancellation it will be deemed as not transmitted by you, and we will not take responsibility for failure to cancel your order.
All orders will be delivered to the main reception area within your company and a signature will be required for proof of delivery. Deliveries can be made Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). If you wish to collect your order from the shop please notify us when placing your order.
Payment can be made by Credit Card, JCB, MasterCard, VISA, Delta, Switch or American Express via Worldpay. Barley Sugar are unable to provide VAT receipts for lunchtime orders as most of our products contain no VAT.
Complaints must be logged with the Barley Sugar Team on 01323 729577 within 24 hours of receipt or collection of delivery, and where a signature acknowledging delivery or collection has been given.
